Meet Tracy
Show me a messy closet, an overflowing garage, or a chaotic kitchen that screams "just order DoorDash," and I instantly want to jump in and fix it. Where most people see pure clutter, I see absolute potential. I immediately picture how your room will look, flow, and feel once it’s fully transformed.
There is a deep, life-changing link between organizing a physical space and improving your mental well-being. I genuinely love helping people clear the physical noise around them to create a calm, functional environment that restores their peace of mind and reduces daily mental friction.
As the founder of Miss Organized, I lead a dedicated team providing judgment-free, professional home organizing and decluttering services throughout San Diego County.
Whether you are prepping for a move, downsizing, or simply reclaiming a room, my team handles the heavy lifting. We eliminate the decision-making roadblocks so you can finally relax in a functional home that supports your daily routine.

How Miss Organized Began
I have been organizing spaces simply because I love it since I was 12. In 2003, I discovered professional organizing was a real career path and thought: "Wait... people will pay me to satisfy my OCD?" That lightbulb moment launched Miss Organized, and I’ve been helping clients reclaim their sanity ever since.
Before this, I spent years as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Both fields share the exact same goal: guiding people through lifestyle transformations without burnout. Today, I use that coaching background to help clients beat decision fatigue and transform their environments.
When we design your home, my team applies those same core principles:
- Building Easy Habits: We design natural routines that work with your schedule—like flowing through your morning coffee effortlessly without searching for a clean mug.
- Stopping the Overwhelm: Big messes cause anxiety. We break giant sorting projects into tiny, stress-free steps so it never feels scary.
- Creating Systems That Last: We build physical setups that keep daily life running smoothly—like grouping the coffee maker, creamer, and sugar on the countertop together in one perfect zone.

Understanding the Overwhelm
After more than 20 years as a professional organizer in San Diego, I have learned one massive truth: clutter is rarely just about clutter. It is usually the physical symptom of life changes, busy schedules, or simply running out of time to manage daily systems.
By the time people call us, they are already feeling deeply burned out from trying to finish organizing projects on their own. They spend hours moving items from one room to another, only to feel like they are just shifting the mess around rather than actually solving the problem.
Many of our clients experience challenges like lack of focus, difficulty planning, and feeling stuck. Some have ADHD and autism, while others face a common roadblock: chronic indecision.
When you look at an overflowing room, trying to decide what to keep, what to donate, and where it should all go requires an immense amount of mental energy. My team steps in to lift that heavy burden completely off your shoulders, breaking down the entire sorting process into manageable, stress-free milestones.
My Shared Journey
Though I don’t struggle with physical clutter, I certainly understand mental clutter. As someone who lives with ADHD, overwhelm is just part of the deal. But, I’ve learned there are ways to get out of overwhelm and into action. Over the years, I have turned my ADHD into a superpower by developing practical, hands-on strategies that actively reduce stress, sharpen focus, and make it simple to get started, keep going and finish what was started.
Overcoming the Roadblock of Indecision
One of the biggest ways I help my clients make forward progress is by improving their decision-making. Every postponed decision brings an organizing project to a sudden standstill. I teach practical strategies that help you make choices with confidence so projects move faster and actually get finished.
