An interesting way to go about getting a new car

A former co-worker of mine had mentioned the need for getting a new car and that the place she lived in didn’t feel good for her and her husband.

I showed her the Feng Shui Bagua and told her to take it home and see where her areas sat to see if she could figure out why her home didn’t feel right. She came back to me the next day and said after using the Bagua, she found her prosperity area was in her bathroom. This is the worse place it can be. The drains in the bathroom are seen as letting the “chi” or energy flow right out of the house.

Same happens with fireplaces. So as a basic cure, I had her add some purple. The colors for the prosperity area are green, gold and purple. And I had her close all the drains so the chi couldn’t escape.

5 days later, she found out that the house that she was renting was getting foreclosed on and they were told they needed to move, an expense they were not prepared for. It just so happens, that we were working for an REO company (bank owned properties) and she became familiar with a method banks use to get tenants out of places faster called “cash for keys”.

This is where they pay the tenant to leave. They offered her $600 to move. However, she knew, because of inside information that she could negotiate for more. So she negotiated and was awarded $2,000 to move from a place she intended to move from anyways.

Not only that, she wasn’t required to pay her upcoming rent. She was able to take that money and apply it to her future move, put some down towards another car and get her current car repaired. Talk about a prosperous moment. Truly magical.

Shortly after that, they found an adorable home to rent near the ocean. They used not only the Bagua but their intuition to determine the right fit for their new space. They are very happy there.

Sometimes, what I find happens when starting to de-clutter and implement Feng Shui cures is that what would appear as negative crap happens initially, actually turns out to be positive.

I’ve had clients have things break, people leave, jobs lost, and sickness set in. So why the heck would I do Feng Shui then if something potentially negative will happen afterwards? Because again remember, that Feng Shui is all about out with the old in with the new. So many times, we have to purge those things in our life that don’t work for us in order to bring in the new.

This process can feel chaotic and bewildering, but I can guarantee you that the “destruction” you are experiencing is temporary for the “construction” of the new life and experiences to come.

If you can just remind yourself that “everything happens for a reason for the greater good of all concerned” then you will be able to trust the process a little better and be excited for what shows up at the end.

Stay tuned for some more strange occurence Feng Shui stories. I have several…..
