What do I need to do to get ready for our first session?

Nothing at all. We actually prefer to see your space just as it is so we can understand how it truly functions. Most people come to us already overwhelmed by clutter, and we’re not here to pile on. We might send a quick list of organizing supplies, but otherwise, just show up ready to make decisions. If you’re itching to do something before we arrive, ask us first so we don’t change the plan.

Should I tidy up or prepare anything before my session?

How much does a professional organizer cost in San Diego?

How much does a professional organizer cost in San Diego? A: In San Diego, most professional organizing services range from $85 to $150 per hour, depending on the number of hours and organizers involved. Our pricing ranges from $100 to $125 per hour depending on how many organizers are on the project. The more organizers involved, the more efficient the process—and the lower your per-person hourly rate. After the first session, we’ll have a much clearer idea of what’s needed to accomplish your goals and can give you a more accurate estimate from there.

How long does an organizing project take—and what’s included?

No two organizing projects are alike. Timing depends on how detailed you want the process to be, how many people are involved, and how quickly decisions are made. Sessions are a minimum of five hours, and most medium-sized spaces take one to two sessions. Each session includes hands-on organizing, light cleaning, space planning, and donation preparation. We don’t bring products with us, but we do help you figure out exactly what will work best for your space. We’ll guide you through what’s worth buying (and what’s not), recommend bins or furniture that fit your needs and style, and even send you links so you can order easily. If you already have organizing products, we’ll do our best to repurpose them before suggesting anything new.

Can you help me choose furniture or storage solutions for better organization?

Will I be forced to get rid of things I’m not ready to part with?

What happens to donation items?

If the items fit in our vehicles, we’re happy to drop them off at a local donation center for you. For larger loads, we work with trusted haulers who can arrange pickups. We can also help you prep items for resale—whether you're posting them online, planning a garage sale, or coordinating with a consignment shop or donation service. Whatever your plan, we’ll help make the process smooth and stress-free.
